Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: RN must be able to care for vented patients (with RT support), handle basic cardiac drips, insulin drips and protocols for DKA patients; experience responding to Rapid Response and Code Blue events, be able to assist newer staff in interpreting tele rhythm strips.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 3-4 years Critical Care experience preferred.

Types of Patients on Unit: The majority of our patients are “step down” patients.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend.
