Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Additional Details:

Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer.

Required Skills/Experience: Circulate, Vascular (open and endovascular), Invasive/Complex, Vascular, General. Ophthalmology (cataract and retina). Some of these complex procedures as well as basic vascular: TCAR, ENDO AAA, 3-vessel, 4-vessel, Carotid endarterectomy, Fem Pop Bypass, atherectomy, angiogram, AV fistula.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Scrub

Special Requests: Desired Start Date: ASAP 10/13 or mid week

Shift & Scheduling: 2-hour minimum call back. Weekend Rotation: Call only. On-call Requirements: Average call shifts CV OR 15-17 shifts per month with ability to pick up. Holidays Requirements: as needed

Floating Requirements: Within 30miles of hospital
