24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Pharmacy experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Block scheduling can not be guaranteed.

Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Shifts: 7 on 7 off, 10 hour days, Thursday - Wednesday, evening shifts as needed

All RTO needs to be in at time of submission.

What areas will they cover: ACLS- preferred (will attend codes). Would love IV pharmacist/compounding pharmacist as well.

Common Duties/Job Requirements/Skills: Decentralized pharmacy.

Experience: Must have 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience of like size (250 census). Must have experience with Vanco AUC dosing - please note experience in interview notes.

EMR: EPIC, Lexicomp, Baxter IQ.

Weekend Requirements: Every other or one per month preferred.

Holiday Requirements: 2/3 holiday required.

Scrubs or Dress Code Requirements: Business casual/white coat or Khaki scrubs.
