Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required.
24 months of Emergency Department experience is required.
Experience with Epic is required.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

Additional Details:

Start dates are not flexible. 9/23 Start Only

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

No 48 hour guarantee and No Block Scheduling

Weekend Requirements: 4 weekends shifts per 4 week block.

Holiday Requirements: Typically 2 of the 5 (count the eves).

Floating Requirements: Shared schedule with Foothills- typically scheduled ahead of time, infrequent last minute floating.15-minute drive to Foothills freestanding ER.

Trauma Level: Level 3 trauma, STEMI and Stroke receiving- will ship out if stroke intervention required.

Must have at least two years ER experience with trauma Level I and II accumulative experience in the past three years. If only level III, or lower, cannot accept CLN.

Experience: Must have experience in Trauma Level 1-3 within the last 2 years.

Gun shot wound/stabbing experienced.

Ratios: 1:5 medical, 1:6 for fast track.

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Any and all emergency needs.

Common drips: ICU gtts- for hold patients, ICU will come to help with these if able.

Scrub Color: Navy Blue

How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: One NEO, one day clinical/EPIC, one day on the floor.

Submission profile requirements - Must be in the profile or cannot move forward with submittal. • Start Date – Must match the next available start date, include in attached profile/resume • EPIC experience required. Ensure it is accurate (there have been inconsistencies on the resume versus the cover page) • EMR listed on each work assignment • Time Off- Ensure dates make sense for the required start date and are 5 days or less. • Include within the attached profile/resume. All RTO needs to be in at time of submission. • Resume- Ensure resume information is accurate (there’s been an increase in inaccurate information sent). • MUST INCLUDE: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, and trauma level (if applicable) for each hospital. • Explain any employment gaps upon submission and include in attached profile/resume. • Certifications- Make sure certs are accurate and up to date. License- Active and in hand - AZ or Compact- Ensure it's accurate
