All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

If candidates have worked as Permanent Staff for any Providence facility they must be separated for at least 3 months prior to working as a traveler.
Guaranteed Hours: 70 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks
Traveler will primarily be working in an Outpatient setting.
Magnet/Teaching/Level Trauma: Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital
Scrub Color: Any or Business Casual
Return Staff Policy (6 months to return as traveler)
Facility only accepts Hep B vaccines and will not take titers or declination
All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
