Experience with Epic is preferred.
References
Candidates must provide 1 nurse manager reference from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license prior to placement start.

Additional Details:

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

Guaranteed Hours: Traveler can be called off 1x per pay period / 1x per 2 weeks. Remaining shifts guaranteed

RTO must be listed at time of submittal, post submission RTO will NOT be approved

BLS and ACLS requires AHA

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
