Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 3 years.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Skills checklist must be completed within the last 6 months for Application. Upon accepting an offer, you will be assigned Relias exams that must be taken immediately (within 48hrs). If you fail the exam twice, this may result in an immediate cancellation by the facility.

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Required Skills/Experience: Need recent OP experience 1-2 years.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

LSVT BIG certified therapist or Lymphedema certified encouraged, but not required.

Unit/Facility Details:

Setting: Primarily Outpatient with some acute--fast paced environment on weekends and holidays.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri.
