Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience within the past 12 months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Hours: Weekend rotations Call Requirements: None

Floating Requirements: As needed to medical surgical or medical telemetry units

Unit Details: Number of Beds: 10

Equipment Used on Unit: Equipment: All necessary equipment located in patient room, to include lift over every patient bed. Rehab gym and dining room at end of hall.

Types of Patients on Unit: Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult and geriatric

Required Skills/Experience: Must Have Skills/Experience: >1 year of rehab or medical surgical/ telemetry experience
