Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Outpatient Physical Therapist

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years experience in Outpatient PT. Pre/post Women's Health/pelvic rehab required. Experience in treating pelvic dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pregnancy and post postpartum dysfunction.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in men's pelvic health and/or APTA board certification a plus.

Shift & Scheduling: Will work 40 hours week between the hours of: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am-7pm and Fridays 7:30am-4:30pm - 2 evenings required; Minor holidays are required.
