References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

All RNs (all specialties) must have NIHSS & EHAC within last 12 months. Certs can be obtained during onboarding.

If candidate resides in one of the restricted counties, they are not eligible for assignment. Restricted Counties-Delta, Franklin, Red River, Hopkins, Bowie, Morris, Titus, Cass, Camp, Rains, Upshur, Marion, Van Zandt, Smith, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, and Panola.

Required Skills/Experience: Skills: IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Feeding tube care and management, Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac, MS/Tele, Post MI, Surgical drains, Total Joint Replacements.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience, Community Hospital Experience. Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Tracheostomy care/management, Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, PCA, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Telemetry- remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, IV insulin protocols, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Telemetry.

Required Credentials: Proof of ID: Drivers License/State ID. Cert: BLS, ACLS - AHA, ARC, RQI, or American Safety and Health Institute.
