Required Skills/Experience: 2+ years of CSTFA with Vascular experience. Must Have Skills/Experience: Vascular.

Required Credentials: This facility will only accept NBSTSA Certificate, no exceptions. Please make sure NBSTSA Cert & VA License or status of license is indicated on submission package or it will be rejected. *WMC Privileging (privileges/credentialing required prior to onboarding)

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Will be asked to take calls on the Weekends. Holiday Requirements: Maybe asked to work Holidays. On-Call Requirements: 6-8 calls per month.
