Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in hospital and outpatient and more interest in IP/SB population.

• Inpatient and swingbed/observation patient experience/interest.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2-5+ years experience.

Required Credentials:

• Graduate from an OT program.

• Associate Degree or Certificate

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling:

• No On Call/Call Back Requirements

• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Possible weekend rotation, but unlikely (must be flexible). No holiday.
