Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Home Health experience.

BSN completion required

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Pediatric Home Health

Required Skills/Experience:

• Six months experience required in one of more of the following areas: Home Care, Geriatric care, Medical/Surgical, CCU, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, or Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD).

• Work Settings: Respiratory

Preferred Skills/Experience: Work Settings: Home Health, Pediatrics, Tracheostomy care/management, Ventilators

Unit/Facility Details:

• Facility has a strict Do Not Call Policy.

• Proof of Identification: Drivers License/State ID

Shift & Scheduling: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Floating Requirements: Travel to homes up to one hour from facility. This is a dedicated peds home health position - Will not be at the facility.
