Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience.
Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months
3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Orthopedics, Cardiovascular, General Surgery, ECT, ENT, GYN, GYN/Onc, GU, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Plastics and Radiology

Patient Diagnoses: Orthopedics, Cardiovascular, General Surgery, ECT, ENT, GYN, Gyn/Onc, GU, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Plastic, and Radiology

The level of patient acuity varies from healthy patients to critically ill including trauma and ICU patients. The patient population encompasses inpatients and outpatients ranging from infancy to geriatrics

Types of Patients on Unit: Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics

Equipment Used on Unit: Typical PACU equipment

Shift & Scheduling: Alternating Shifts 2x8 NIGHTS 2130-0600/2x12 NIGHTS 1900-0730 Monday-Thursday with no weekends/holidays.

Block Schedules: Yes

Call Requirements: Up to 4 per month

Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request

RTO: Required at time of submission

Floating Requirements: Float to PreOp/PostOp (Phase II Recovery)
