Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required.

36 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

CALL: 90hrs heart call / month

Must scrub and circ CV. 3years or more in CV with strong CV scrub skills.

Weekend Requirement: yes. weekend requirements would be based on call. CV team takes 12hr call shifts on weekends. Call picked up by candidate would determine weekend shifts.

Candidate must have BSN.

RTO - All time off must be included at the time of submission, RTO CANNOT be added after submittal

Northwestern Medicine AND any of its acquired facilities MUST be included on employment history
