Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

24 months of Acute Care Float Pool experience is required from last 3 months.

Experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Vaccinations

Additional Information

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

You will be required to complete proctored testing prior to attending orientation.

Weekends and holidays expected

Pass/fail ECG/tele test and medications test during onboarding - one attempt only to pas

Dysrhythmia (20 questions) and Medication (20 questions) tests are now administered by CCH via Zoom Protector meeting PRIOR to assignment.

To test within 48 hrs of confirmation.

Able to pass Telemetry Competency Exam.

Documented Professional Developmental activities Knowledge of Critical Paths Charge Nurse experience preferred.

Orientation is biweekly.

All RTO requests must be presented at time of sub.

Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as travel, perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted - Must be separated from facility for six months to be considered Original
