Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Must have at least 36 months of Long Term Care experience within the past 6 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license

Unit/Facility Details: Please note, candidates MUST have their own transportation as this facility is located in a very rural area with limited housing options and public transportation.
Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float to units where experienced.
