Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 12 months of Progressive Care Unit experience within the past 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Med Surg/Telemetry / Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Required Skills/Experience:

Drip experience.
Charge experience.
2+ years of CURRENT med surg/tele experience.
PCU experience Strongly REQUIRED.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

ICU experience.
Small critical access facility experience.

Required Credentials: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Unit/Facility Details:

This is an adaptive acuity unit. On occasion, travelers will be asked to provide PCU care (3:1 ratio).
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need.

Special Requests: Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer.

Shift & Scheduling: Every Other Weekend/Holiday coverage as required.
