Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 36 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

An interview may not be available prior to offer.

Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Will not approve blocked scheduling or same schedule/shifts. Must be flexible and willing to float and work when needed.

Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:2-3 for adults, 1:2-4 for Peds

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Adults and Pediatrics, sepsis, post-stent, pacemaker placement, stroke, vascular cases, renal failure, heart failure, respiratory distress

RNs required to titrate drips. Nasal cannula to vent. RNs required to read and interpret.

Weekend Requirements: Every other

Holiday Requirements: Rotating based on weekend group

Floating Requirements: Typically to PCU, possibly to MedSurg

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
