Required Credentials:
• Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
• BLS and ACLS: Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only.
Unit/Facility Details:
• All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
• References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
• Willing to train a strong Cath Lab Tech clinician to work in EP

Shift & Scheduling:
• Assignment Length:13 or 26 Weeks - Clinician's choice
• On-call Required: Yes - 3 nights per week (no weekends) for 2 hours per night
• Weekend Required: No weekends required unless clinician wants to pick up Cath Lab call shift
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs: Yes - may float to Cath Lab
