Housing in ME becomes more expensive in the summer months, beginning in May. Be sure to confirm you are comfortable with housing options before applying.
Roles requiring state licensure only: License should not expire within 45 days following start date
Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac drips (Cardizem, Amiodarone), Insulin drips, Heparin drips - training available from charge and educator. Reading/Interpreting Rhythm strips. Trach care, Chest tube management, General Medical Surgical skills (wound care, IVABX, Drain/tube management, IV starts, central line management, etc.).
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous charge experience highly preferred.
Preferred Credentials: EKG interpretation/ACLS.
Special Requests: Travel Pairs: If you are in a relationship, EMMC will not schedule you on the same days. If you are not in a relationship, you can be scheduled for the same days if not on the same shift/unit. Managers will not guarantee the same schedule for travel pairs.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation: every other.
Floating Requirements: Will float as often as needed to any area with Med/Tele patients (within or below scope).
