Travel Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Intensive Care Unit

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• One year of recent RN travel.
• Experience with pulmonary artery catheter, IABP, Impella, advanced hemodynamic monitoring and management, and ventilator management.
• Cardiac.
• Cardiac Intensive Care.
• Two years of recent acute nursing experience.

Required Credentials:

• BLS must not expire within 3 months after start date.
• Student or Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate, associate, or diploma nursing program, as recognized by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN- formerly NLN) or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). If graduated from a nursing program that was not accredited by ACEN or CCNE, at least one year of RN experience (within the last 5 years) in an applicable care setting is required. If graduation did not occur within the last two years, one year of RN experience in an applicable care setting is required.

Unit Details:

• Cares for critically ill adult patients with altered cardiac function and hemodynamic instability.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Day/night rotation 0700-1930 and 1900-0730.
• Every third weekend required.
