Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

Additional Details:

Requested time off – HWS has approval to process up to 5 days in the offer sent to the vendor. Anything more, will have to be reviewed and approved by manager.

o HWS will ask the candidate to make up approved time off at the back of the assignment

o Holidays MUST have manager approval

· Holidays – HWS will advise and require candidates to work 2 out of the 3 holidays

· Duration of assignment – for these positions, HWS will have approval to offer 13-18 week assignments.

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36.

• Weekend Hours: Every 3rd weekend; 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays in a 6 week period.

• Float Requirements: Yes- Any Med Surg or PCU unit.

• Equipment: Telemetry, IV Pumps, SCDs, Alaris Pumps, Lift equipment.

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Cardiac Drip experience.

• Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue top, Pants galaxy blue or black.
