Required Skills/Experience: Skills: IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac, Medications, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, MS/Tele, Telemetry, Respiratory.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Skills: Blood Product Administration, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen administration.
Required Credentials: ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID.
Special Requests: Holiday black out dates – 11/27, 12/24 and 12/25. These dates cannot be approved on this unit so please speak with your traveler ahead of time. We will need to redirect any candidates that require these dates. Please note that the facility needs help through all Mardi Gras, so please minimize any RTO requests from 2/13 - 2/22.
Shift & Scheduling: Facility open to 36/48 or 48 hours per week. This unit does not offer straight 3x12 schedules. Travelers can either work an alternating 3x12s alternating 4x12's every other week, or they can work straight 4x12's. Weekend Requirement: Yes. No On-Call.
