Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 22 months of Emergency Department experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

ER/Oncology

Required Skills/Experience: Blood Product Administration, Phlebotomy, Starting and maintaining IVs, CPAP/BiPAP, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Ventilated patients, General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions, Triage, IV vasopressors, Proficient in IV starts, Experience with telemetry monitoring.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Oncology experience

Skills: Central line care/management, STEMI Certified Facility, Stroke Certified Facility.

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Shift & Scheduling: Day (07:00 - 19:30); Night (19:00 - 07:30)
