Requirements

Experience

18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 18 months of RN First Assist experience.

6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled.

Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience.

Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR RNFA experience prior to travel

Must have experience with vein harvesting

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Required Credentials: For RNFA/CSFA positions only, ONE reference from a supervisor or physician is REQUIRED to qualify for submission and be considered- failure to include will result in rejected profile.

In addition to agency compliance, RNFA/CSFA will be required to complete additional credentialing through the facility directly prior to start in order to obtain privileges to work

Drivers License/State ID

Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

Shift & Scheduling: Weekday and Weekend on-call and holiday on-call will be discussed during interview.

Floating Requirements: Float to Main OR if no CVOR cases are scheduled
