Required Credentials: Drivers License/State ID. BLS ACLS must be AHA, RQI, ARC, or American Safety and Health Institute.

Unit/Facility Details: This unit is a mixture of med/surg and intermediate care patients. The nurse-to-patient ratios will range from 1:4 to 1:6, depending on the patient assignment each shift. Beds: 24
Special Requests: In the first 8 weeks there cannot be more than 3 days of RTO requested. After those 8 weeks they are flexible. No travel pairs will be considered. Holiday RTO: Must work 2 out of 3 holidays if needed. No travel pairs or groups.
Shift & Scheduling: 3x12 or 4x12 hour. All BSA contracts are 48 hours per week, although not guaranteed.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
