Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

NRP (Required)
Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)
NIHSS (Required)
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: *Must have L&D, PP, Mother baby, and Nursery experience
Required Credentials: Fetal heart monitoring required
Unit Details:
- *Unit is LDRP so they take care of the patients from labor through discharge
- No high risk deliveries, all are 36+ weeks
- *Lot of Diabetic and Drug/ alcohol issues with moms
- *Special care/ high risk infants are transported out
- *RN needs to be able to stabilize infants
- *Does not need to circulate C sections, but do infant care when there is one
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
