Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Nevada license

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must have 1 year circulating. Must have strong Ortho experience including total joints. Willing to train for endo and cardiology.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Preop and PACU experience as they will float there.

Required Credentials: References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Shift & Scheduling: Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1 weeknight/ week 5p-630 a. Weekend/Call Requirements: 1 weekend/ month 5p Friday- 630a Monday. Holiday/Call Requirements : Yes- call for Major holidays, rotate with core staff. What is call response time?: 20 minutes.

Floating Requirements: Preop and PACU, try not to be floated within the same shift, on a rare occasion follow a case from OR to PACU. To task around department if low case volume.
