Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Ambulatory Clinic experience.
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Illinois license

Required Skills: Starting IVs, Adults, Cardiovascular, AED (Automated External Defibrillator), Arrhythmia interpretation, Cardiac Arrest/CPR, Chest pain, Hypertension, Neurological, Altered Level of Consciousness, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Biohazard waste disposal, Patient Teaching, Universal precautions, Venipuncture, Endocrine, Blood glucose monitoring, Laboratory Tests, Blood Glucose via Glucometer, Pregnancy, Work Settings/Clinic Specialties, Cardiology, Medications/Immunizations Administration, Emergency Medications, Nitroglycerin, Assessment, Interpretation of laboratory results, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Obtain Vital Signs, Patient Health Questionnaire/History/Allergies, Pulse Oximetry, Medication Administration, Intravenous infusions, Pulmonary, Oxygen administration, Additional Skills, Cardio Stress testing, Conscious sedation

Unit / Facility Details: Parking Cost: Limited parking at Juvenile Temporary Detention Center (JTDC) (A shuttle runs every 15 minutes between Professional Building, Stroger and JTDC). Alternative options - Stroger Hospital Parking Garage or Metered Street Parking.

Public Transit highly recommended.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday

No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends

Floating Requirement: Cook is a mandatory float facility, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion. Englewood resources can be floated to Blue Island, Cottage Grove, Robbins, or Sengstacke locations
