Guaranteed Hours 32

Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 times per week 1515-0645

Weekend/Call Requirements: every 3-4 weeks Fri 1515-Mon 0645

Holiday/Call Requirements: Rotating holidays- must be willing to work holidays

What is call response time? 15 minutes, 8 hour reprieve shifts for post call, sleep room available - housing should also be available nearby to make call

Floating Requirements: MUST BE WILLING to cross train into other specialties if CV volumes are low. Staff must be willing to float to the floor as "helping hands" or 1:1 sitter; they do not take patients but help with whatever the floors need at the time; we do this to supplement hours if we have a low case volume. First to float

Suites: 2 CVOR suites

Common Cases: Open hearts (CABG, Valve, aneuryms) thoracotomies, VATS, Convergent, AAA, carotids, ION robotic cases, ECMO, Impella 5.5, Stryker towers

Experience or 'Must have' skills: MUST BE WILLING to cross train into general OR if CV volumes are low, Open Hearts, CABG, Valves,

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
