Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Emergency Medications, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, CVA/Acute Stroke management, GI surgery, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, IV insulin protocols
Preferred Skills/Experience: Oncology experience
CVVHD/CRRT, Continuous IV sedation, Phlebotomy, Surgical Intensive Care Unit
Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Floating Requirements: Travelers may float to James MICU or UH MICU/SICU. May also float to M/S or PCU units.
