Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: RN must be able to care for vented patients (with RT support), handle basic cardiac drips, insulin drips and protocols for DKA patients

Experience responding to Rapid Response and Code Blue events

Must be able to assist newer staff in interpreting tele rhythm strips.

Preferred Skills / Experience: Critical Care Experience

Types of Patients on Unit: Majority of our patients are “step down” patients.
