Travelers will take a pass/fail Sim lab on day 1 of orientation. Study guides will be provided with FDI's
Unit / Facility Details: Ratios: Unit attempts to follow AWHONN guidelines & ratios and are staffing up to meet the AWHONN standards, but at this time it is not everyday.
Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer.
ER float positions will require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area. A home base facility will try to be established, however this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly at. A schedule will be made in advance, so clinicians is aware of what location they'll be reporting to.
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Must have unit/specialty experience in the past 6 months.
Travelers must be able to confidently circulate and recover c-sections. Scrub is not necessary.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: 4 weekend shifts per schedule
On-Call: No, it is voluntary
Floating Requirement: To MB/PP when needed
