Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 18 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Strong background and skills in Therapeutic Exercise prescription and progression, Manual Skills, gait training and general balance.

Unit/Facility Details: Seeking PT to assist in providing musculoskeletal and orthopedic care in our Outpatient Rehab Clinic. We work closely with our referring providers and orthopedic surgeons providing care to post-operative patients including but not limited to: rotator cuff repairs, total joint arthroplasty, ACL and meniscal procedures, hip labral repairs, and a variety of foot and ankle procedures.

Shift & Scheduling: 11/17 or 11/24 Start
