Required Skills/Experience:
• Experience with C-Sections
• Travelers must be able to confidently circulate and recover c-sections.
Required Credentials:
• Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to accepting an offer (with 2 max attempts). They must pass with a score of 80% and if they fail, they will be a DNU for Commonspirit AZ and Commonspirit Sacramento, for 6 months.
• Travelers will take a pass/fail Sim lab on day 1 of orientation. Study guides will be provided with FDI's.
• Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Unit/Facility Details: Nurse to pt ratios are mostly 2:1 depending on acuity, AntePartum can be 4:1, c-sections 1:1.
Special Requests:
• An interview may not be available prior to offer.
• Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Shift & Scheduling:
• Weekend Requirement: Four weekend shifts per schedule.
• Call or Standby Requirement: Not required, it is voluntary.
• Holidays: Coverage on Holiday’s if you require it.
Floating Requirements: First to Float; To MB/PP when needed.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
