Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Michigan license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experience floating to PCU

Proficient with Telemetry

Must be able to read and interpret heart rhythms

Required Credentials: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Must pass a dysrhythmia test prior to working on the floor\

Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend

On Call Requirements: No Call

Floating Requirements: Will be required to float between Med Surg/Tele/PCU
