Requirements

Experience

60 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience within the past 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Behavioral Health - Forensics/Intensive Unit - Required

Required Skills / Experience: Unit is an adult forensics / intensive unit - must be comfortable and highly experienced

Must have recent forensics experience in the last 3 months

Inpatient psych experience must be within the last 3 months, LTC will not be accepted

Intensive/Forensics Psych/Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume

Required Credentials: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

CPI - Offered onsite; please confirm at the time of submission

Special Requests: Must be willing to take charge shift as scheduled

Travelers will be required to make up any missed shifts prior to contract ending

Must be able to start on 1/5 - no exceptions

Shift & Scheduling: 36 or 48 hours

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend

On Call Requirements: Possible call
