24 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience is required.
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must have a Illinois license in hand at the time of application.

Submission requirements - Cover sheet, Resume, Primary Source, Skills Checklist,

Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in PACU with Level I trauma, 1-2 yrs of critical care experience

Resource must have ventilator experience.

Monday through Friday.

REQUIRED - Please attach proof of Vaccination/Booster (Make note if your candidate is not eligible for their booster yet.)

Floating: PLEASE READ - Cook has the ability to request that any clinician float outside of their “home” facility as long as the floating does not exceed 50 miles. Travelers may receive notification to float 2 hours before their shift. If your clinician refuses to float, they will be subject to cancelation. There are no home units. Your clinician could be floated to a variety of units if needed.

RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.


AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: Please request an interview for one match from this facility at a time. You will not interview with the hiring manager if the facility chooses to extend an offer to you for this position. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
