Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Occupational Therapy experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

This position is 50% inpatient acute care and 50% outpatient (option for pediatric or adult OP)

Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to work in all areas (inpatient/outpatient/home care).

Preferred Skills/Experience: Peds experience

Required Credentials: Must produce a negative drug screen for all panels.

Preferred Credentials: Lymphedema certification

Special Requests: If there is a candidate that specializes in upper extremity OT, can consider without experience in other areas. If lymphedema specialist, will still be required to provide other OT treatments.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Monday - Friday

• Weekend Requirements: No weekends

• Holiday Requirements: No holidays

Floating Requirements: Inpatient, outpatient, home care (Expectation will be that they can cover at least 2 areas inpatient/HHC, or inpatient/outpatient ortho, or lymphedema, or HHC/outpatient ortho, or lymphedema)

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
