Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.

ADN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is required from last 6 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Day Surgery RN - Required

Required Credentials: Education: Associate Degree or Certificate

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling: 8 hour shifts between the hours of 0600-1930 with vast majority of shifts being 1100-1930

Call 1-2 times/week, every 4th to 5th weekend – weekend is Friday 1700 to Monday 0600

Floating Requirements: Waukesha Memorial and Oconomowoc
