Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Home Health experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion required

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

Additional Details:

RTO: If you have more than 5 days of requested time off, time will be added at the end of the contract to ensure a full 13 weeks.

Block Schedules: No

Weekend rotation of every 4th weekend with comp day week before/week after

Location: Franklin County – could cross county lines if patient care deemed necessary

Education: ASN or BSN

Holidays: As needed

Could care for COVID patients

May require specialized skills depending on VNA assignment
