Manager to make schedule, will consider blocked schedule based on unit needs.

Weekend Requirements: Every other

Holiday Requirements: Every other

Is there Call or a Standby requirement? n/a

Floating Requirements: All areas as helping hands, PCU for full patient load of PCU, MS for full patient assignment, some ER Holds/ boarding - first to float

Number of Beds: 32

Nurse Patient Ratios: 1:4-5, occasional 5-6 on nights, PCU level care overflow on the unit 1:3

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: adults and geriatrics, Cardiac caths, EP studies, pacers, and ETOH, Covid Bipap, occasional general surgical with heart history, medical patients with cardiac history, penumonia Covid, acute on chronic conditions, influenza, sepsis

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Tele/ cardiac RN wanted with PCU experience

Are RN's required to titrate drips?: Yes - Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Amio, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitro, Nipride, Lasix, (low dose Dopamine), No Levo

MUST HAVE PCU experience & be able to read strips

Are RN's required to read their own strips? RN to read and interpret.

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
