Special Requests: May occasionally be asked to precept respiratory therapy students No RTO the first week of an assignment No medical marijuana cards accepted You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing Please indicate if your clinician is interested in a longer travel contract than 13 weeks (13 week minimum)
Shift & Scheduling: BJC policy: Every other weekend required No on-call required Candidates need to be willing to work some holidays
Floating Requirements: Will float within scope to meet facility needs, including ICUs and floors All travelers will float within service line and may float to affiliate hospitals nearby
Previous Employment Requirements: Permanent employees at must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler. All Standard Travelers (reside outside of a 75 mile radius, excluding Interim Leadership and RNFA) can stay for an 18 month period. Must take a 3 month break after 18 months.
Required Credentials: RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
