Required Skills/Experience: Adult Critical Care, Emergency Department, NICU, Airway Management, Extubation, Intubation Assist, Nasal/Oral airway placement & suctioning, Pulmonary Hygiene, Sputum specimen collection, Tracheostomy care/management, Suctioning (ETT, NT), ARDS, Aspiration, Bronchoscopy, COVID, Cystic fibrosis, Fresh tracheostomy, Pneumonia, Aerosol set up (mask/trach), Medihaler, MDI, Nebulizer (Hand held, Ultrasonic), T-piece, Trach collar, Bag and mask, ET Tube, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Oxygen tanks, Arterial punctures, BiPAP, CPAP, IMV, Patient Transport, SIMV, Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, Weaning from mechanical ventilation, Neonatal/Pediatrics Equipment (Bubble CPAP, Capillary blood gases, Pressure/Volume Ventilator), ABG Interpretation, Basic EKG, Chest Physiotherapy (Manual/Vest).
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- NICU.
- Teaching Hospital Experience.
- Preferred Skills: Bicarbonate, Inhaled Flolan, Ketamine, Theophylline, ECMO, High risk delivery assist, Bivent, High frequency jet ventilator, High frequency oscillator, Umbilical blood gases.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other Weekend and Holidays.
Floating Requirements: You must be willing to float, work weekends, and generally just be very flexible.
Other Requirements: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
