Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: The facility may make one off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but a written request is required to apply.
Required Credentials: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday
Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Responsibilities & Salary
Speech-Language Pathologists help patients with challenges related to communication (such as speech production and fluency [stuttering]) and feeding and swallowing (such as dysphagia). They provide screening, assess patients, deliver services based on assessment results, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Depending on needs, they also may work with parents and caregivers. Speech-Language Pathologists can earn certification through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
