Required Skills/Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of direct supervisor/manager experience
- Must have a minimum of 3 years in case management or relevant nursing experience to include utilization review, discharge planning, outcomes management, transitional planning, assessment, care planning and service implementation
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekend expectations (i.e. Every other weekend) Yes, On call for weekends
- On-call expectations (i.e. on call 3X per week) yes, weekends
- Holiday expectations (i.e. 1 major, 1 minor) Yes, on call on holidays
Floating Requirements: Floating Expectations (i.e. first to float, None, etc) Yes, will need to cover team members in all areas of the hospital
