Contingent/temp licensure is not accepted.
Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th).
Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).
No Block Scheduling for any Travelers at Salem.
Required skills and experience: Minimum of 2-3 years. GI Technician Endoscopy, Olympus scope set-up, handling and reprocessing.
Required credentials: BLS ACLS must be AHA, ARC, CHSF or Military.
Preferred credentials: SGNA or CBSPD strongly preferred.
Shift & schedule requirements: With 1 rotating day of 8:00am to 4:30pm. Rotating Shifts Required: Yes, depending on hours, department is open 6:30am-5:30 pm.
Unit and facility details: 7 rooms, 4 MAC, 3 Conscious Sedation procedures, holding and recovery rooms. Open weekdays, with on call for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.. FREE on-site Parking. 1:1 in rooms 1:2-3 in PACU.
