Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
You must be willing to accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one-week 3x12, next week 4x12).
Travel Pairs will not be accepted on the same shift or unit.
Required skills/experience: 2 plus yrs of recent ICU experience required. IV therapy, Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, TPN/Lipids, Professional Topics and Skills, Activated Clotting Time (ACT), Delayed graft function recognition & management, Fibrinogen, Infection Prevention, INR, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Management of high-output drains, Massive transfusion protocol, Monitoring for abdominal compartment syndrome, PT/PTT, Recognition of infection in immunosuppressed patients, Respiratory/Thoracic, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Care of Ventilated Patient, Fresh tracheostomy, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Pulmonary embolism, Respiratory failure, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Work Settings, Genitourinary/Renal, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Intake and Output monitoring, Urine output assessment, Medications, Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Neurological, CVA/Acute Stroke management, External ventricular drain (EVD), Post Neurosurgery management, Traumatic Brain injury, Gastrointestinal, GI surgery, Cardiovascular, Impella, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Endocrine/Metabolic, IV insulin protocols.
Preferred skills/experience: Previous Charge Experience. Phlebotomy, Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Medical Intensive Care Unit, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Transplant ICU, Trauma Intensive Care Unit.
Required credentials: Driver's license is required in all submission packets.
Preferred credentials: AVADE
Shift & schedule requirements: Every other weekend required. ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two weeks’ pay period unless notated otherwise on job order.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
