Required Credentials: Driver's License/State ID
Special Requests:
• In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.
• Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
• Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.
Shift & Scheduling: All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.
